TF partners with ASSOCHAM for conference on Climate Change and CSR
Following
the first conference on Climate Change in October 2007, ASSOCHAM is organizing
the second conference on ‘Climate Change and CSR’ from 11-12
November, 2008. The initiative is getting support from Ministry of Environment
and Forest, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and
Ministry of Science and
Technology.
This initiative was undertaken to investigate the challenges of potential Climate Change and to showcase solution for it. The conference will provide a platform to all corporate houses to display the better technologies used by them as a defence against the criticism received on it so far and to discuss their views, opinions and techniques to fight the problem. In other words not only will it give an insight into the implementation of effective technologies within organizations to battle climate change and at the same time offer inspiration to those who wish to emulate the success stories. |
